Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has announced that Turkey has developed the corona vaccine locally which will be available in April 2021.

Addressing the meeting of the parliamentary group of the ruling party, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan announced the good news that Turkey has developed a corona vaccine locally.

He said that the trials of the vaccine have entered the final stages, the pharmaceutical company has started mass-producing the doses of the vaccine, and the vaccine will be available in the local market in April next year.

He said that his country’s thinking regarding the corona vaccine is selfish, the vaccine should be available to all people around the world at the same time, in fact this is humanity.

Erdoğan said that the Corona crisis will not hinder the achievement of Turkey’s set goals, we are also fighting the problems of the region so that the challenges faced by the people can be eliminated while the international system is taking steps by paying lip service.

He said that ‘after 18 years of tireless work and struggle, we made Turkey a powerful country, now we will not let it go to the weak past’.

It should be noted that the Turkish president had announced the development of a corona vaccine in June this year. He said that Turkey will develop a vaccine at the local level that will enable the treatment of patients.

Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said that ‘trials of the drug to treat Covid-19 will be done and then it will be presented in the market after completing the registration process’.

It should be remembered that Turkey has also decided to buy 10 million doses of vaccines produced in China. The Minister of Health of Turkey said that Turkey will buy more than 1 crore corona vaccines from the Chinese company by the end of this year, while we are also trying to reach an agreement with Pfizer, the company that claims the corona vaccine vaccine.

It should be noted that the preparation of 16 corona vaccines by the Turkish scientist couple is in progress, but before that, Turkey wants to buy corona vaccines from Sanvec and Pfizer. According to the report of a foreign news agency, the Chinese company Sanvec said that the corona vaccine will be ready by the end of January.
