The match between Burkina Faso and Gabon was very dramatic, with the Gabon players controlling the ball most of the time, but they missed a lot of chances, before one of them was sent off.
The original match ended in a positive tie with a goal for both teams, then the same result in the extra two halves, to resort to penalty kicks.
The first goal came through Burkina Faso player Bertrand Traore in the 28th minute of the match, following he missed a penalty kick in the 15th minute.
The equalizer for Gabon came in the 91st minute by Bruno Ekwéli Manga.
The two teams resorted to penalty kicks following the tie continued during the extra two halves, with Burkina Faso winning 7-6.
