Tula Rodríguez Quintana, 46 years old, put on hold her legal dispute over the apartment located in Chacarilla del Estanque, where her deceased husband Javier Carmona’s children, Lucas and Tadeo, currently live. However, she warned that she will take legal action once her daughter turns 18 years old.

In an extensive interview with the Trome program ‘Café con la Chévez’, the television presenter clarified which properties belong to her and which are those that are in dispute with the children of the former manager of Latina TV. “Legally, we have to wait for Valentina to turn 18 to be able to make legal decisions, but they live there and I don’t have any problems. I live in my house that is mine. The (property) we bought together is where the boys live,” she said.

The former star recalled that when she married Carmona, he bought a huge house thanks to a loan from the bank, but that the monthly expenses were assumed by both of them. “It was a house that he had bought with the bank and from there, when I joined him, we both paid for the house, because it was always the two of us, that is the house,” she clarified to the aforementioned medium.

Tula Rodríguez had bought her own apartment in Surco before getting married. That is the property where she currently lives with her daughter Valentina Carmona, because the house that her husband bought was very large and the maintenance cost was high.

“At the same time, I had acquired the apartment, which is where I live now, which was two blocks from that house. I was more grounded… the house was beautiful with a pool, garden, but maintaining that house was priceless. “I told him (Javier) to sell that house and we came to mine,” he said.

With the sale of that house, Tula Rodríguez and Javier Carmona bought another apartment, which they cannot use because Lucas and Tadeo Carmona live there. The ex-vedette clarified that they bought that property within the marriage and, therefore, it also belongs to her.

“That house was sold, the kids had to study, Valentina also had to have surgery for a hearing issue and we were living in my apartment. From there we got together to buy this apartment and the boys are there, we bought it within the marriage… it happens that they said it was his apartment, from before me, but no…”, she added.

In 2012, Javier Carmona was working in Bolivia, where he partnered with ProTV to make ‘Esto es Guerra’ Bolivia. In the highland country he bought a piece of land and Tula Rodríguez made a clarification: “There it is. No (it is in my name) that one was bought while I was with me but it was a purchase, I want to be honest, it was a purchase where he put much more punch into it than I did,” he commented.

In April 2022, Paola Bisso, Javier Carmona’s ex-partner – and mother of Lucas and Tadeo Carmona – appeared on ‘Magaly TV La Firme’ denouncing that Tula Rodríguez intended to keep two properties that the deceased manager wanted to inherit to his children.

Bisso assured that the former host of ‘En Boca de Todos’ did not want to sign the papers to hand over the apartment where the eldest children live, in Chacarilla del Estanque, even though it had been the last wish of Tula’s husband.

“(My children say:) ‘Tula is going too far, she wants 50% of our apartment when she knows it is ours. My dad never knew that she was going to die, he might never put it in our name, but she did know,” she commented in an interview on Magaly Medina’s program.

Javier Carmona’s two oldest children live in the apartment that the former manager bought in Chacarilla. According to Tula Rodríguez, the property also belongs to his youngest daughter.
