The politician of Achaia with the New Democracy Andreas Tsokos met with the Minister of National Defense Nikos Dendias, today, Thursday, July 4, 2024.
Our country is gaining strength and power with major reforms in the field of National Defense, as the Ministry of National Defense and Minister Nikos Dendias is advancing the “Agenda 2030”, with the aim of Greece having the strongest Armed Forces it has ever had in history her. The Minister of National Defense Nikos Dendias spoke with the politician of Achaia ND Andreas Tsokos regarding the great work that is going on for our homeland.
Characteristically, the Minister of National Defense, Nikos Dendias, a few days ago, proposed to the Parliamentary Committee two important chapters of “Agenda 2030”, the acquisition of 20 F-35 type aircraft, the most advanced aircraft currently flying, and, still , the initiation of an investigation into participation in the shipbuilding program, in Greece, of the Constellation frigate, the new generation frigate of the US Navy.
In this regard, Andreas Tsokos, politician from Achaia with New Democracy, states:

The Minister of National Defense Nikos Dendias is proceeding, with due seriousness, in reforms to defend our national interests. Agenda 2030 brings our nation’s Armed Forces into the 21st century and beyond, both at the doctrine level and by introducing innovation. The 20 F-35 type aircraft, which the Minister of National Defense proposed to the competent Committee of the Parliament, are an important weapon for the Greek Air Force, ensuring the possibility of preventing any threat once morest our country from wherever it originates.
Greece deserves to have strong Armed Forces, for the purpose of security and stability. That is why the government of the New Democracy is moving forward with coordinated steps, in reforms, focusing on the citizen”.
