TSJ warned about non-attendance at summons on electoral process

The president of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), Caryslia Beatriz Rodríguez, reiterated yesterday the schedule of summons of representatives of political parties and former presidential candidates to submit all instruments, the minutes of the scrutiny and any other electoral material for this July 28.

The magistrate stated that those cited must comply with the due court order and go to this jurisdictional body, otherwise they will face the corresponding consequences. At 9:00 am today Manuel Rosales (UNT), José Luis Cartaya (MUD) and José Simón Calzadilla (MPV) were summoned. Exactly at 11:00 am the former presidential candidate, Edmundo González Urrutia.

At 1:00 pm, Luis Parra (PV), Conrado Pérez Linares (MPJ), Omar Dávila (MUV) and Chaim Bucaram (VU). He also indicated that they are expecting former presidential candidate José Brito, at 4:00 pm, José Bernabé Gutiérrez (AD), Miguel Salazar (COPEI), Mario Valdez (MR), Pedro Véliz (BR), José Contreras (DDP) and Carlos Melo (UNE). To close the day on Wednesday at 6:00 pm, former presidential candidate Luis Eduardo Martínez is scheduled to appear.

On Thursday, it will be the turn of former candidates Daniel Ceballos, Javier Bertucci, Claudio Fermín and Antonio Ecarri, while on Friday it will be the turn of Enrique Márquez, Benjamín Rausseo and Nicolás Maduro, who will be the last to attend these meetings.
