The sixth seed in the world in tennis, Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas, crowned the Mallorca Open title, following defeating Spain’s Roberto Bautista Agut in the final.
The world’s sixth-ranked tennis player, Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas, won the Mallorca Open following defeating Spain’s Roberto Bautista Agut in a match that lasted two hours and 31 minutes in the final on Saturday.
Tsitsipas won the first set by 6-4, Roberto equalized the result in the second set (6-3), and Tsitsipas won the third set with difficulty 7-6 (7-2), to win the title.
With this win, Tsitsipas, 23, won his first title on grass, and became the first player to win at least one title on clay, grass and hard courts, since Frenchman Lucas Pouille achieved it in 2017.
