Christophe Mali, the singer and musician of the group Tryo returns to the main stage of Les Bulles sonores for an awaited concert.
With a career spanning 25 years, the emblematic group Tryo has forged an image of an intergenerational icon of French song. Reluctant to frequent the “star-system”, the three members, Guizmo, Daniel Bravo and Christophe Mali are to be credited with a growing notoriety to the rhythm of their numerous albums and stage productions.
A story of envy
Before returning, after 2017, to the Blanquetière city on Sunday October 30 on the big stage of Trémezaygues, Christophe Mali draws the portrait of the group. A presentation made all in sensitivity and emotions on the real happiness of an artist who finds the public after a period “too long” stage frustration. Sensitivity and pleasure are an integral part of the motivation of each member of the group. “Authenticity and simplicity, our songs, our music all come from the same creative desire. Being in our time, often with texts that refer to it, inspired by reggae or French song. However, there is a lot of humor in our group and this translates into texts that can touch multiple generations of listeners.Once again our particular sensitivity is and has always been turned towards the planet and this formidable sphere which has been rotating for millions of years and which today “today more than ever needs to be protected. At our level, if we can bring this little grain of sand into people’s consciences, that’s already good”.
One last album
battle song, their latest album is a striking example. An album written during the long weeks of confinement which highlights the need to live together with a view to protecting the environment: “Let the battles continue for a more communal, more social life”.
What’s more, for Tryo the stage is their DNA, their oxygen. “We need contact, closeness with the public so we can’t wait to get on the stage of Les Bulles sonores”.
The emblematic group had already carved out a great popular success five years ago on the meadow of Flassian, the group’s concert is all the more awaited by many fans of all ages.
