Players opting for the demo can dive into various exciting features and listen to original songs, allowing progress to be carried over to the full game upon its release on December 5 for the Nintendo Switch system. Additionally, players will have the option to transfer achievements from earlier titles, Fitness Boxing and Fitness Boxing 2: Rhythm & Exercise.

The demo version introduces a variety of engaging fitness modes alongside traditional Daily Workout and Free Exercise features, along with additional Daily and Weekly missions designed to keep players motivated:
