The death of Ivana Trump, the first wife of former U.S. President Donald Trump, who recently passed away, was an accidental external shock to the torso, the Associated Press reported on the 15th (local time), citing the announcement of the New York City coroner.

However, the coroner did not comment on why Ivana’s body was subjected to an external shock sufficient to cause her death.

The Associated Press, citing a source, raised the possibility that Ivana fell off the stairs, saying police had been investigating whether she fell down the stairs.

The coroner also did not elaborate on when the accident occurred. Former President Trump announced on the 14th that Ivana died at her Manhattan home.

Former President Trump did not disclose Ivana’s cause of death at the time of the announcement, but local media at the time reported that the cause of death was a heart attack, citing firefighters.

Born in the Czech Republic, Ivana worked as a model in the early 1970s, then met Trump, a real estate developer, in New York in 1976 and married the following year.

After marriage, he was recognized for his abilities as a businessman and became vice president of interior design at the Trump Group, leading the opening of Trump Tower in Manhattan and the Taj Mahal Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
