An organizational meeting was held in the José de Jesús Morillo municipal hall of the Bolívar Council that will allow the territorialization of the great missions of the new generation, a meeting chaired by the mayor of Bolívar María Auxiliadora Núñez, who highlighted the intention of form the teams by Commune“which will make the dream of consolidating popular power and empowering the people come true.”
