He said that this weekend the Saharan dust particles decreased, so the rains will return from this Monday, August 26.

Zambrano recalled that it is estimated that between 58 and 65 tropical waves will cross Venezuela, of which 32 have already passed through the country.

In addition, five of the 17 and 25 storms resulting from the cyclonic activity that began in June over the national territory have been identified.

These storms cause rain in areas near the coastal mountain range in the north of the country, specifically in the states of Aragua, Carabobo, La Guaira, Sucre and the Capital District.

Cyclonic activity will cause rainfall in the Venezuelan Andean region, in this sense compliance with the Rain Plan issued by the national government to prevent any eventuality generated by rainfall remains active.

Mérida will implement epidemiological fences to prevent mpox
