Trilateral agreements with investors at SPIEF 2023 were signed by Vice Governor Alexander Ruppel and Head of the District Sergey Boyko.
We are talking about the construction of the Zolotoy Kolos sanatorium and a hotel complex for 90,000 square meters.
The construction of the sanatorium complex will create 800 new jobs in the Tuapse region. The investor will be Zolotoy Kolos LLC. Until 2030, the company plans to invest more than 14.5 billion rubles in the project. An agreement to this effect was signed Alexander Ruppelhead of the region Sergey Boyko and investor representative Temur Einatov on the zero day of the XXVI St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
Another project involves the construction of a hotel complex in the village of Novomikhailovsky. The investor, the SSK Specialized Developer Company, plans to invest 9 billion rubles by 2026. The number of new jobs will exceed 100. According to the project, a complex with an area of 90 thousand square meters will appear on the territory, the road will be reconstructed and bank protection will be made.
– The Tuapse region is one of the most beautiful on the coast of the Krasnodar Territory. Now there is not enough comprehensive improvement, large accommodation facilities, points of attraction that would create comfortable rest and service for resort guests on the basis of the existing rich nature, – said Alexander Ruppel.
