According to the request, the arrested persons are in custody for their involvement in the attack on Hamza camp, Bannu camp and Gujranwala camp.

In the request of the federal government, it is said that 102 people were arrested in the light of the incidents of May 9 and 10 and trial was started in the military courts for the right of these people to justice, while the trial is being conducted keeping in mind the interest of the detained persons. is

The miscellaneous petition further states that those found not guilty during the trial in the military courts will be acquitted and the trial in the military courts will be subject to the verdict of the ongoing case in the Supreme Court.
