“There is a lot of Fernando’s blood tissue, that allowed us to make a connection, this means neither more nor less than ratifying what we see in the images. This proves the contact, it is indisputable, it is irrefutable,” Fernando Burlando had said in the morning, lawyer for the victim’s parents.

The police expert Graciela Parodi specified how the chain of custody of the seized was, the way in which she took the samples of the presumed blood tissue and how she worked with the swabs.

Although at no time did he specify or identify who each garment was, from the videos and images obtained it is possible to know who each one belongs to.

After Parodi it was the turn of the chemical expert, Norma Tramontini, who also carried out tests on the liver stains found and later testified whether Fernando had alcohol in his blood.

“The Cyclone shoe tested positive for human blood,” Tramontini said., implying that the same resolution as Parodi was reached. He in turn declared that an Adidas sweatshirt, belonging to Blas Cinalli, and a jean belonging to Ciro Pertossi had “positive evidence for human blood.”

“Three blood samples were received from the victim, in correct conditions. Only one of them was examined and it tested positive for alcohol with 0.7 grams per liter and the toxicological analysis was negative,” Tramontini reported in relation to whether the victim was under the influence of alcohol. .

“The value detected in blood is too low to be able to expect the presence of ethyl substance in gastric contents, where it was not detected”ended.

“It expired” and “none of this is told to anyone”: what the chats of the rugbiers presented in the trial revealed

Thomsen’s brother: “Do you know what I feel when I see him handcuffed?”

On the eighth day of the oral trial once morest the eight rugbiers accused of killing Fernando, the first statement of Francisco Thomsen, Máximo’s brother, one of the most complicated in the cause.

According to a chronicler from the TN channel, in one of the hearings Máximo’s brother turned around and without saying a word told him: “Do you know what I feel seeing him handcuffed?”

Due to the surprise that the journalist generated, he replied: “No, I don’t know what it feels like.” Francisco had never wanted to speak to the press and it is for this reason that he was surprised by the situation. The event occurred during one of the intermission rooms that the trial had.

As it is a small room, the journalists sit on the same side as the relatives of the defendants who have always shown their discontent with the presence of the media in the different proceedings of the case.

Báez Sosa case: Máximo Thomsen, harmed by a key expertise in his shoes

Since the trial began, Francisco has participated in most of the sessions in the Court of Dolores. On some occasions he entered with his father, while on others he was alone.

Of the eight, Máximo Thomsen is the most complicated defendant in the case due to various expertise and the accounts of witnesses who place him at the scene and be the one who gave Fernando the withering kick.

First, the testimony of the majority of the witnesses, friends and even patovicas from the Le Brique bowling alley, maintain that the young man was “out” and that at all times he hit the victim to death.

One of the defendants did not receive a visit from his relatives

Blas Cinalli, one of those accused of the crime, is the only one of the eight rugbiers who did not receive family members during the trial or in the Dolores Prison. Although the reason is not known, those who witnessed sessions in the OCD 1 room maintain that the defendant never turned his head to see if there was a relative.

It was also possible to corroborate that in the list of admissions of the Court there are no accredited close friends of the young person who are going to witness any of the upcoming hearings.

From the beginning of the oral trial each defendant had the presence, at least once, of someone close. Cinalli’s case demonstrates the possible broken relationship with his environment. Although it was reported that his mother is sick and unable to move and his father abandoned him as a child.

The striking thing regarding the judicial process is that on repeated occasions the parents of Milanesi and Guarino were seen, the young people who were dismissed from the case due to lack of merit.

Fernando Báez Sosa case: the video that shows the violence of Máximo Thomsen

Those who were in almost all the days were the father of Lucas Pertossi and the brother or father of Máximo Thomsen. Said relatives have been in Dolores since before the end of the year holidays.

While the trial was going on, the investigators and even the defense lawyers of Fernando’s parents pointed out that the figure of Cinalli would be positive to frame him in a minor role in the crime.

Even so, that changed on Tuesday, January 10, when the chats between the defendants were revealed in the OCD 1 room and that is when it was confirmed that the young man was part of the beating of Fernando’s friends and once morest the victim, in addition of having sent aberrational messages regarding the murder.

The WhatsApp group “El club del Azote” was displayed on Blas Cinalli’s phone made up of 13 people who live in Zárate. At 5:08 the young man wrote: “We fought, we won once morest some cheetos, we broke them. We are going downtown to reward” along with a photo of Thomsen and Ciro Pertossi.

At 5.15 he sent another person the text that confirmed the attack: “Dude, we flashed, we killed one.” “We screwed up in the bowling alley. They took us all out. We waited for the police to leave and there we recharged them with pineapples,” he continued.

Minutes later, Cinalli referred to a fact that one of the witnesses had revealed: “There was a blonde who was holding on to my ankle.”

At 6:47 someone from the group asked him: “What’s up Blas, did they get together?” to which the young man replied: “Two convulsed, we sent one to the hospital, with no vital signs.”

Some time later Cinalli sent a message to the group once more stating: “We hit one with the Perto, we reloaded it with sticks, but badly. We came running home.”
