People with disabilities may encounter difficulties in their care journey. Thus, studies show that the morbidity and mortality rates of adults with disabilities are higher than those of the general population. This can, in part, be corrected by better access to care and particularly prevention.
How do deaf, hard of hearing and visually impaired people get treatment? What are the obstacles to caring for people with disabilities? How can we improve their access to care?
