Treasury Sales Associate/Analyst: Supporting Clients and Driving Growth
We’re looking for a motivated and analytical Treasury Sales Associate/Analyst to join our teamhere at Bank of America.
In this role, you’ll play a practical and essential role in supporting our sales processes, working alongside Treasury Sales Officers to manage and expand our Global Transaction Services (GTS) portfolios.
You’ll be directly involved in1
developing and executing tailored client strategies for our large corporate clients with German headquarters and those managing multi-national treasury centers across EMEA. This includes focusing on creating new client relationships and cultivating existing ones to understand and fulfill their unique financial needs.
Beyond direct client interaction, you’ll be a tasked with a variety of crucial logistical and analytical functions. You’ll leverage our vast resources and collaborate with internal partners to conduct thorough industry and prospect research, creating valuable insights that will guide our strategic pre-call planning efforts. Ensuring the accuracy of sales data within our source systems, including pipeline reporting, client plans, and call reports, will also be key to your success.
What You’ll Bring to the Table

- Education & Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience with demonstrated success
- Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrable business acumen with well-honed organizational and communication skills. You possess a client-centric approach, always striving for excellence, while simultaneously upholding a strong culture of compliance.
- Your Background:
Ideally, you’ll have prior experience in GTS/Corporate Banking, with experience in implementation, client service, product development, or similar roles.
- A Key Requirement:
Fluency in English is essential.
