Bungie has released a new trailer focused on the setting of Neptune and that serves as an appetizer for Destiny 2: Eclipse, the new Expansion that launches on February 28. The trailer shows the new metropolis of Neomuna, which is full of futuristic skyscrapers and neon lights.
It also shows the extent of Calus’s invasion of Neomuna, as well as the Guardians fighting their way through the city using Binding, the new Darkness subclass. Without forgetting the Cloudsurfers, the powerful defenders of Neomuna who will establish an alliance with the Guardians to protect their people from attack.
In celebration of the Year of the Rabbit, the Eververse store will feature a new Exotic Specter, Ship, Hummingbird, and Reckless Exotic SMG Ornament. In turn, players will find a gift in the Eververse shop, a red envelope filled with Luminous Dust, which will be available until the end of January. Finally, all Guardians will be able to claim a new Year of the Rabbit-inspired emblem on Bungie.net.
During Destiny 2’s current Season of the Seraphim, the Guardians are hard at work rebuilding Rasputin the Tactician to prepare for the imminent threat of the Witness. The Moments of Triumph with which players can honor their achievements from the past year in Destiny 2 will continue to be available until the end of the season.
