Andrey Santos already on loan
As Fabrizio Romano explains, Andrey Santos joined Brazil on Sunday to complete his loan from Palmeiras until next December, when the Brazilian season ends. The Chelsea player’s medical examination should be held at the start of the week and the Blues will have the possibility of activating a clause of 1.5 million euros to repatriate him this summer.
