Great commotion is being experienced this weekend in Havana due to the murder of a Cuban teenager who is only 18 years old.

Through social networks, people close to the victim, identified as Brayan, have confirmed the news of his death, while regretting his sudden departure.

The user Lisse Chávez, for example, wrote a heartfelt text to say goodbye and assured that the death of this young man causes great pain among those who knew him.

“What can I say, Brayan Califa, I don’t have words to express what I feel, they call me and tell me the news and I don’t believe it, I think it’s all a game, I don’t even know what to say,” Chávez wrote.

“I don’t publish any of these things here, but you were someone special in my life and I will always remember you. EPD. FLY HIGH MY MINOR, I will never forget the words you told me yesterday,” she added.

“EPD for God’s sake, how sad, they keep killing us young people, my deepest condolences to your mother”; “God bless his soul and always be in a good place with his father EPD,” other people lamented in the comments section of Chávez.

Every week new murders are reported on the island. In recent days, another teenager was murdered in Havana and in Guantanamo, a Cuban mother and her son.

Journalist Miguel Reyes confirmed the news through his social networks.

“Guantanamo citizens, mother and son, whose lives were taken from them on the night of Sunday, September 23,” said the reporter.
