A Cuban mother was murdered on Saturday by her ex-partner in the city of Bayamo, right on a public road.
Yurisleidys, 34, was a nurse at the Bayamo children’s hospital and is survived by two children, eight and four years old, respectively.
Testimonies on social networks indicate that the man called her in public and when she approached, he stabbed her several times in the middle of the street outside the Red Cross, last Saturday, October 21.
On social networks they demand justice by identifying the murderer: “for everyone who can see this publication and can help so that justice is done, this is the person responsible and murderer named Yunier Álvarez García from the Jabaquito neighborhood in the city of Bayamo, Granma, he is responsible of the murder of a 34-year-old mother, a working nurse at the Bayamo children’s hospital, mother of two little children, ages 4 and 8 respectively. This murderer stabbed her out of jealousy, leaving her lifeless and leaving the two little creatures without their mother, who they need so much. Today they ask the relatives who are taking care of them what happened to her mother and if they will see her once more one day, we don’t know what to answer to these little creatures,” they lament.
