Events.- A 43-year-old woman lost her life this Thursday morning, three being burned in the Central Tacarigua parish of the Carlos Arvelo municipality.

The woman suffered third-degree burns on 95 percent of her body and yet did not die immediately but was transferred to the Dr. Enrique Tejera Hospital City (CHET) on Tuesday when the incident occurred and died three days later. .

The first version of the case indicates that the lady, identified as Dalila Márquez, burned herself accidentally, but following investigations into the case, the hypothesis is that she was burned by her partner.

Apparently the fate of Tuesday the 13th did not go unnoticed by the woman and in the middle of an argument with her spouse, the man doused her in fuel and set her on fire.

The woman ran desperately throughout the residence, until the fire might be put out, but unfortunately it had already covered much of her skin.

Members of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigation Corps (Cicpc) went to the care center to try to talk to the victim and then to the scene of the incident to collect evidence and began the investigations to clarify the incident.

Márquez lived in the place where the tragedy occurred.
