Fire Force, NDRF, Brave Emergency Team Pinangode, Pulse Emergency Team Kerala, Turkish Jeevan Raksha Samiti and Panamaram Disaster Management Team all participated in the search. The search is carried out by spreading a net at a distance of one kilometer from the jumping spot. A search was conducted within a radius of three kilometers. The search was stopped for a while due to heavy rain around 3 pm. Due to the rains, the flow in the river is increasing. The water level is also rising. The search ended at 6 pm. MLA T Siddique reached the spot and assessed the situation. The search will continue on Saturday.
