Three young people died this Sunday morning in a brutal head-on collision when they were returning from a concert in Entre Ríos. A fourth companion is hospitalized. The driver of the other car also remains in the hospital, who was detained along with the woman who was traveling with him.
The tragic accident occurred at 6:40 on Sunday, when the four young people were returning aboard a Volkswagen Golf on Route 12. Near the Entre Ríos town of Crespo, they hit a Toyota Corolla in which a man and a woman were traveling.

The brothers Ayrton and Brian Bertozzi, 22 and 24 years old respectively, died as soon as the impact occurred with the car that was coming from in front. Néstor Rodríguez (25), who was a friend of the brothers, also died.
Emiliano Enrique, the fourth member of the group of friends who was returning from a cumbia recital, was rushed to a clinic in Entre Ríos and is hospitalized in serious condition. A cousin of the Bertozzi brothers asked for a prayer chain: “he had a traffic accident and is fighting for his life. Let us all pray together. Come on Emi.”
A 31-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman were traveling in the Toyota Corolla, who would be the owner of the car. Both are from the city of Paraná and were transferred to the same Crespo clinic where Enrique is. The two are hospitalized with serious injuries, according to police sources.

According to the story of some relatives and friends of the victims, the four friends had traveled from the Entre Ríos city of Tabossi to Crespo – more than 50 kilometers – to see a recital in which Néstor En Block, LGante and the Banda de Lettuce. It was upon returning from the festival that the impact occurred.
The prosecutor in the case, Laureano Dato, began to investigate the case and decided that the driver of the Toyota Corolla remains in custody while he recovers at the Crespo clinic. He remains to know the results of the breathalyzer tests.
The wake of the three deceased young people will be in the “Municipal Sports Center Hall”, although neither the day nor the time has yet been confirmed, given that they are still waiting for Justice to hand over the bodies.

The Municipality of Tabossi declared two days of mourning for the victims and issued a heartfelt statement: “In this hour of so much pain and unanswered questions, we extend our deepest condolences to family, friends and relatives of the three young people who lost their lives. in the tragic event this morning.”
“The boys are children of our people, therefore, a close bond unites us with them. Our prayers ask for the eternal rest of Sore, Gamu and Puña – nicknames by which, out of affection, they were known by everyone -, as well as for the comfort that their loved ones need so much,” they added.
In turn, they asked for the fourth member of the car that suffered the accident: “We also pray for the miracle of recovery of Emiliano “Cachita” Enrique, who is fighting for his life. We hope that everyone can find strength and peace in these very painful moments.”
Who were the young people who died in the head-on collision in Entre Ríos
Ayrton and Brian Bertozzi were two brothers aged 22 and 24 who played soccer at the Tabossi Sports Social Club, which participates in the tournaments organized by the Entre Ríos Soccer Federation.
For this reason, the dramatic news moved a large part of the Tabossi soccer community. The federation expressed its condolences for the tragic episode and declared three days of mourning.

In turn, from the club, they issued a statement: “Sad news mourns our town today, but particularly our club, due to the tragic event that occurred in a traffic accident. The third young man who died in the accident was identified as Néstor Rodríguez, 25 years old, also from the town of Tabossi. Rodríguez did not participate in the Tabossi Sports Social Club, but he was very loved and known by the local community.
