A young Cuban woman was murdered in the San Miguel del Padrón municipality, in Havana, presumably at the hands of her partner.
Reports on social networks indicate that the events occurred in the early hours of Wednesday and that the man stabbed her in the middle of the street.
The fatal victim was identified as Dianny Caballero, and they explain that she lived with her partner and her three-year-old daughter in the Vertientes municipality, in Camagüey.
Likewise, they report that the couple was traveling to the capital in search of merchandise to sell, according to a source detailed to the portal. Cubans around the World.
The alleged perpetrator is named Jorge Socarrás Guerra.
“The two of them gave trips to Havana and then sold things here in Vertientes,” said the source.
Apparently, the events occurred during a jealous attack by the man who attacked Caballero, who was 23 or 24 years old, with a knife.
The young woman is survived by a girl between three or four years old.
Last January they confirmed the femicide of Dailene Fernández Carasa, between 32 and 34 years old, which occurred at the hands of her partner in her home on January 11 in Alamar, Habana del Este, in Havana. The attacker committed suicide after committing the horrendous crime.
“Numerous citizen sources denounce the alleged inaction on the part of a patrol that arrived at the scene of the incident and did not proceed to enter the home. “Citizens acted correctly by alerting and reporting to the Police,” independent observatories indicated.
