On Tuesday, Egyptian Foreign Ministry spokesman Counselor Ahmed Abu Zaid confirmed the death of Egyptians in Libya as a result of the floods and torrents that befell the eastern region there, and the ministry is still clarifying the specific number of victims on the Libyan side.

74 bodies of the victims arrived at the Biba Center in Beni Suef Governorate, south of Cairo, according to what was reported by a number of Egyptian media outlets.
