Mexican authorities have confirmed the death of a 34-year-old Venezuelan migrant following falling from the train known as “The Beast” on her way to the United States. The victim was two months pregnant.
According to the information published by the Instagram account Utahzolanos, the identity card of the deceased was located among her belongings that were left on the train track, which was moving towards the East of Torreón.

As they passed Laurel Street, neighbors began to shout at them that the authorities were ahead and that possibly if they were detained they would be deported.
Accidentally, the Venezuelan woman slipped while getting off the moving train and unfortunately her partner might not do anything. She was struck by the train and pronounced dead at the scene by emergency services.
The young woman was originally from Santa Bárbara del Zulia and lived in the Santa Lucía parish in Maracaibo. She was the mother of three other children.
