Chirainkeesh (Thiruvananthapuram) ∙ A young woman was scratched by a dog’s claw while feeding stray dogs and died of rabies. Stephin V. Perera (49) died at Anchuteng Alphonsa Cottage.
Steph, who was with him at Thiruvananthapuram Medical College Hospital for his brother’s treatment, was admitted for treatment following showing symptoms of rabies. He died last Sunday evening. Stephin came to the Medical College Hospital last 7 days to help his brother Charles who was staying alone at the family home in Anchuteng.
