“Tragic Carbon Monoxide Deaths in Mansoura – Forensic Report Reveals Details”

The forensic report revealed the details of the death of a young man and his fiancée, two days following they celebrated their engagement, while they were riding in a private car in the first district of Mansoura, Dakahlia Governorate.

Major General Marwan Habib, Director of Dakahlia Security, received a notification from the Director of Major General Muhammad Abd al-Hadi, Director of Criminal Investigations, of a notification to Brigadier General Muhammad Omar Sharif, the warden of the First Mansoura Police Department from the Police Rescue Department, that a young man and a girl had been found dead in a car.

In the context, the officers of the Investigation Unit of the Mansoura First Police Department, led by Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed Marawan Shabana, the head of the investigations, moved to the location of the report, and the examination revealed the death of: “A.M.”, and his fiancée, “SM,” his cousin, inside an angel car.

For his part, Counselor Sherif Al-Shorbaji, Chief Prosecutor of Mansoura First District, under the supervision of Counselor Abdel-Rahman Al-Shahawi, Attorney General of the Southern Mansoura Public Prosecution Office, ordered the assignment of forensic medicine to autopsy the bodies of the deceased.

And it was established in the forensic report that the two young men died as a result of exposure to carbon monoxide gas, resulting from the use of the car air conditioner without mixing with oxygen.
