Managua: 16 people, including children, died following a bus overturned north of Managua, the capital of Nicaragua. The busy bus went over the bridge and overturned. More than 25 people were injured in the accident. The accident happened on Saturday.
About 70 people were in the bus at the time of the accident. Vice President Rosario Murilla informed regarding the accident through the government-run Channel 4. Marillo said nine people who died in the accident have been identified so far. Local newspapers are reporting that the yellow bus is hanging from the bridge’s metal railing.
