An unfortunate situation occurred last Tuesday, April 18, inside a house in the Gallineral human settlement, located on the banks of the Oro River, in Bucaramanga.
As this newsroom learned, a minor under the age of 13 was alone in the building between 2:30 pm and 6:00 pm. of that Tuesday.
When her parent arrived, the girl did not open the door for her despite knocking and calling her insistently. With the help of a neighbor, it was possible to force open the door of the property, finding the minor lifeless.
Relatives of the victim stated that the minor had begun to suffer from depressive problems for some time, when in the last school in Bucaramanga where she completed her high school studies she was the victim of bullying by her classmates.
“She would tell my mom that they were bullying her, she would start crying. My mom, in order not to see her badly, she had to take her out of her. She did nothing else, but take her out, ”said a brother of the deceased.
For regarding a year the girl had not returned to the classroom, but would have been left with the serious consequences.
“After that she felt depressed, she didn’t want to go out even to the corner and the store. She felt that she was coming out of her and they were going to make fun of her … she fell into a very ugly depression, ”he added
Even though her loved ones offered her professional psychological help several times so that she would be heard, the young woman refused to accept it.
Yesterday this family, originally from San Felipe, Yaracuy State, Venezuela, was waiting in Legal Medicine for the delivery of the body to say goodbye to the little girl with all the affection and love.
The authorities are investigating whether the protocols to prevent the death of the minor were complied with.
