What began as a vacation trip with her family turned into a real nightmare for Vero Lozano, a well-known TV host in Argentina.
As revealed by the Intruders program on the América TV show, Lozano suffered a serious accident when she fell from a chairlift during a day of skiing in Aspen, where she broke both ankles and must undergo surgery.
The cheerleader would have fallen from at least seven meters high following losing control of the chair at the height.
“She has been hospitalized since the time of the accident at Aspen Valley Hospital,” space journalist Marcela Tauro revealed.
“In reality, Vero fell from the chairlift at a height of seven meters because she was misplaced when sitting down,” he added.
“The chair stopped following the third tower, and she mightn’t hold it and she let go. That’s why she fell and broke her ankles.”
Lozano, continued counting, was left hanging and might not stand to wait for assistance.
Fall Sensitive Images
In the trans-Andean country, a supposed video regarding the accident began to circulate on the networks. The journalist Sebastián “Pampito” Perello Aciar was one of the first to share it, speaking of the “tremendous fall of Vero that Lozano suffered from a chairlift.”
In the images, in fact, you can see a person falling following spending long seconds clinging to a stopped chairlift.
“What they tell me is that one ankle is broken and the other has a very strong sprain,” they told Intruders.
According to Tauro, the Telefe host “has four months of rehabilitation in a wheelchair.” In addition, it is not ruled out that she must be operated on more than once.
Holidays
Driver Vero Lozano and her husband Jorge Rodríguez traveled to Aspen along with their daughter, Antonia. Not only were they able to enjoy several days of snow, but they also celebrated a new marriage anniversary there.
According to the Argentine press, on Monday night the couple celebrated their long love story with several friends. Through Instagram, Lozano showed a photo of the menu organized especially for the occasion.
“Veronica and Jorge’s anniversary. February 7, 2022. Family, love and respect”, might be read in the restaurant menu.
The meal consisted of an appetizer, first course, main course and dessert. Diners enjoyed delicacies such as caviar, burrata with black truffle, Iberian ham, lobster risotto and meat, among other delicacies.
