Baby dies following falling from balcony
When the mother went into the kitchen, her two children were still together in the living room. When she returned a little later, the nine-month-old baby was gone – only her eleven-year-old son was still there…
A nightmare came true for the 33-year-old woman on Friday evening: After a short search, her baby was found seriously injured in a meadow in front of the house; it later died in a hospital.
The police fear that their eleven-year-old son may have something to do with the fatal balcony fall.
A statement said: “There is currently a suspicion that the eleven-year-old is related to the death of his brother.” The boy has a neurological disease.
According to the police, the boy was initially in the care of relatives. The further procedure will be coordinated with the youth welfare office.
