The revelations coming to light regarding the tragedy in Halkidiki where 19-year-old Yiannis lost his life in Luna Park in Pefkohori are shocking.
According to the lawyer of the 19-year-old’s family, Ioannis Mandraou, the omissions at the said amusement park are shocking and can be seen with the naked eye. The machines are rusted and unfit for use.
Furthermore, he made a sensational revelation and specifically speaking to ANT1 he stated that “The owner of the Luna Park presented an expired certificate” which he probably had from the previous tourist season.
He also revealed that the municipality had been informed long before the tragic accident by the police that the business did not comply with the operating conditions.
