There were several traffic problems for motorists leaving for the sea. The situation resumed its normal course at the beginning of the followingnoon.
The roadway is therefore clear and traffic is normalized on the ring road from Brussels to Jette towards Grand-Bigard as well as on the E40 Brussels/Ostend at the height of Ternat.
