Thousands of car owners are waiting for the last days of the year to pay the 2024 road tax
This year the conditions are different, the economy is doing well, however, it is possible that the extension that will be announced will be the same as last year, i.e. until the end of February. It is reminded that the amounts corresponding to each car owner have been on the myCar platform for at least two weeks.
Step by step payment process
Vehicle owners can pay traffic fees through the AADE myCar platform in three ways.
First they print the notice and then they can:
To visit an automatic transaction machine and scan the QR code of their notification, following the instructions on the screen.
Enter their bank’s application (e-banking) and pay using the 23-digit RF code indicated on the notice.
To visit a bank or ELTA branch and pay at the cash register by showing the notification.
On the myCar platform, vehicle owners have two options:
In the first, entitled “Vehicle Traffic Fees”, vehicle owners/owners have the possibility to be informed about:
information about their vehicles
the toll payment codes for them
the payment codes in a spreadsheet (excel), in case of multiple vehicles
to obtain the relevant certificate for vehicles owned by them in order to use it for vehicle transfer, vehicle export abroad, vehicle re-registration
In the second, entitled “Digital Immobility/Traffic”, vehicle owners/owners have the possibility to:
to put passenger and two-wheel Private Use vehicles in digital immobility
to lift digital stillness
retrieve already submitted statements.
