The police targeted three vehicles in the fatal accident. Local residents have long been frightened by the dangerous way to school. They do not understand why politicians remain inactive.

The spot where the deceased boy is commemorated is encircled between the tram line, road and cycle path. Wednesday morning is here in a traffic accident a five-year-old boy died.
Candles stand at the busy spot on Thursday. In between a stuffed monkey, a paper airplane, a Spiderman figure. People come by every few minutes, in pairs, alone. They light candles that don’t all want to burn, it’s too windy. A local resident tried to light a candle, she knew the boy by sight and lived near him.
Five minutes from the scene of the accident, in front of the Schütze school, the five-year-old’s kindergarten, the school bell rings and a care team has been called out. It’s noon, the second to last day before the Christmas holidays. On Wednesday evening, the school principal informed the students’ parents of the death by email. “We feel with the family and are in contact with the parents,” it says.
The previous police investigations led to a truck and two passenger cars on the same day. Their possible involvement in the accident is being investigated.
