Shortly after 1:00 p.m. the hearing ended, in which the accused requested the duplication of the term for possible linking to the process, being scheduled for the next Monday, September 30that 09:00 hours.
It is expected that, after the next hearing, he will be linked to a process in which he will probably be accused of his alleged responsibility in the Karla Nallely’s femicidewith the contribution of test data.
During the hearing, evidence arguments were presented, in which it was pointed out that they were located signs of occult blood in the department of Jonathan Salomé, located in the subdivision Golden Riverof which, apparently, he tried to erase, performing cleaning; some were also found remnants of Karla Nallely’s clothing, on the side of the building.
