A 41-year-old man was arrested by police for assaulting two women at the train station.
The vast power outage which deprived train travelers for several hours at Matabiau station gave ideas to a pervert, this Thursday, April 7. Around 7:30 p.m., a young woman explained that, in the crowd, a man had touched her buttocks in a very strong way, so much so that she was shocked. The police services received the description of this man who could be a homeless prowling around the station.
When the victim complained, the man quickly fled but he was just as quickly found and identified on the forecourt of Matabiau. In the meantime, a second victim has come to denounce similar acts.
Arrested, this 41-year-old man was taken into custody at the police station. He is already unfavorably known to justice.
