The user of TikTok @peloncito__loco, who lives in Las Vegas, Nevada, shared a couple of videos in which he showed the entire ritual he performed to visit the grave of his deceased wife, with whom, he said, he had a “date.”

In the video, the man mentions: “I woke up early today, I woke up before everyone in my house got up, children asleep, everyone asleep. I went to buy flowers, I bought some tamales. “Right now I’m going to start cleaning and eating with my wife.”

In the images he showed a tombstone dedicated to his partner named Melisa M. Vazquez, in which her photo and an image of the Virgin of Guadalupe appear. It reads that the woman was born on March 28, 1990 and died on September 21, 2018.

A message also reads: “When death separates you from a loved one, a memory of their smile is the best way to move forward.” At the end of that video you can see the result of the cleaning work she did, which included changing the flowers.

In another recording the man is already sitting in front of the grave, eating one of the tamales and then he mentioned: “I came to have breakfast with my wife, just her and me, it’s a date. “I brought two tamales, I’m going to eat one for me and one for her.”

Finally, he commented: “if you only knew what peace and tranquility you feel in this place, really. I recommend them if one day you have a head full of things. If you have a family member, go visit them, you feel a peace, a tranquility like you have no idea. Look, I’m comfortable, I had a nice breakfast, and here I’m talking to myself, but I know she’s listening to me.”

The publication generated comments such as: “it made me want to cry, that is eternal love, such a beautiful and beautiful love”, “true eternal love”, “she was not wrong in choosing you as her husband and father of her children”, “things that make me continue to believe that true love exists”, “having a love like that is the best, you can’t find the kind anymore”, “eternal love and loyalty, where she is she knows she was lucky.”
