When animals meet their former human caregivers once more following a long period of separation, it can sometimes be really heartwarming. One of the more well-known examples: The reunion between Christian, a lion that was successfully released into the wildand its former British owners, who bought the now adult animal at Harrods in London, raised it there and following a year visited it in its reserve in Kenya – here in a short version, which is particularly tear-jerking due to the background music:
