Cristian Stellini is already history after four weeks as coach of Tottenham Hotspur. Another assistant coach now takes over for the Italian.

As the Spurs officially announced on Monday evening, Cristian Stellini must after the embarrassing 1: 6 swatter at Newcastle United resign – just a month after his appointment as head coach.
“Cristian will step down from his current role along with his coaching staff,” Spurs President Daniel Philip Levy was quoted as saying on the Spurs website. “Sunday’s performance against Newcastle was totally unacceptable. It was devastating to see.”

Conte’s then assistant coach said he “stepped in at a difficult time in our season and I want to thank him for the professional manner in which he and his coaching staff behaved during such a difficult time.”
Assistant coach Ryan Mason is set to take over as head coach on an interim basis. “Ryan knows the club and the players well. We will share more information about his coaching staff in due course.”
Tottenham are fifth in the Premier League, six points behind Manchester United, who also played two games less. Spurs were 5-0 down in Newcastle after just 21 minutes.
A bigger name is likely to sit on the Spurs bench for the coming season. Among other things, there have been rumors about ex-Bayern coach Julian Nagelsmann in recent weeks.
