TotalEnergies Marketing Morocco: 71% increase in turnover at the end of June

    The group was able to offset the decline in market activity results thanks to the good performance of interest and commission margins at the end of June. Loans increased by 9% to 107 billion dirhams.

    The group has experienced strong growth in its Payment activity, which now accounts for 83% of its turnover. Business benefited from the acceleration in the pace of deployment of its projects and the continued migration of HPS customers to version 3.5 of PowerCARD. Recurring revenues increased by 35%. Debt fell by 8%.

    The rise in selling prices propelled sales up over the first six months of the year. Investments also increased strongly by 83% and reached 7.8 billion dirhams.

    87% of the turnover achieved at the end of June was made in Morocco. The production of units received in the first half increased by 132% compared to the end of June 2021. Debt fell by 3% to 2.26 billion dirhams.

    Hicham Seffa will take office on November 1, 2022 as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Management Board. He will succeed Philippe Dumel as Chairman of the Management Board during the first months of 2023, subject to validation by the competent authorities.
