Toshiba, domestic alliance to buy, board resolution to accept JIP proposal – report – Bloomberg

Nihon Keizai Shimbun said on the 23rd that Toshiba decided to accept a takeover offer by a coalition such as Japan Industrial Partners (JIP).reported.
