Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal of the District and Sessions Court of Islamabad heard the Election Commission’s request to schedule an early hearing of the Tosha Khana case once morest Imran Khan.

Later, following hearing the arguments of the lawyers, the court reserved the decision on early hearing of the Tosha Khana case and said that the decision will be pronounced in 10 minutes.
The court, while pronouncing the reserved judgment at the appointed time, rejected the request of the Election Commission to schedule the hearing early.
