The publisher Topsolid announces the 2023 version of its software suite TopSolid Integrated Digital Factory intended for several trades in the industry.
TopSolid publishes a series of vertical software for several trades such as precision mechanics, metalwork and the wood industries. His sequel TopSolid Integrated Digital Factory is a complete CAD/CAM/PDM/ERP product able to cover all production needs. It has been adopted by players such as Panasonic, Safran, Legrand, DCNS, GE, Sanyo, Sidel, and thousands of others around the world to automate their production and industrialize their processes by implementing a real digital chain.
The 2023 version of the suite includes technical optimizations, new features and better ergonomics.
Thus, the new 2023 version of TopSolid’Cut, the tool dedicated to cutting, makes it possible to significantly reduce the cost of raw materials thanks to the intelligent reuse of scrap and the appearance of new nesting strategies.
On the collaborative side, TopSolid’Pdm manages all the documents and data of all the business applications integrated into TopSolid (Design, Steel, Cam, Mold, etc.). The 2023 version offers multi-site management and asynchronous “safekeeping” to streamline teamwork. A new 3D visualization web tool completes this module.
The in-house ERP has also been improved with revised ergonomics, optimization of the maintenance module and the availability of more controls in the purchasing process.
The module dedicated to workshop management, TopSolid’ShopFloor, also benefits from a new interface in 2023. It can be integrated with existing systems via REST APIs. The editor has improved its design tools. Loading, saving and vaulting times have been reduced and new display functions are available. For example, it is possible to modify the properties of the constituents of an assembly in one go.
