Gran Baron, Cava Brut

A great classic, now certified vegan that never disappoints. A traditional blend of three Catalan grape varieties: Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. Château Larose-Trintaudon, Superior Cru-Bourgeois, Haut-Médoc, 2019

We must take advantage of this sunny 2019 vintage which offers generous, silky, ample and captivating wines which, it must be admitted, are marked by alcohol. Les Hauts Rocs, Côtes du Rhône Village, 2021

A bouquet of thyme, rosemary and sage explodes directly in the mouth. Then come the flavors of cherry and redcurrant. All seasoned with the pepper mill. But what we particularly like is its freshness on the palate, welcome to the middle of the scrubland. Alc.14%, Price: €6.95, Rating: 87

Caramia, Cantele, DO Salice Salentino, Pouille, Italy
