After Hawaii and Taiwan, the top 10 are South Korea with 14.6%, Italy with 14.0%, Australia with 10.5%, the United States with 9.9%, Northern Europe with 9.4%, France with 7.6%, Germany and the United Kingdom with 6.4% each.
