-Use dental floss at least once a day to get rid of food debris stuck between the teeth that the toothbrush cannot reach.
Mouthwash that contains fluoride can be used following eating, especially if you cannot brush your teeth.
-Stay away from smoking; This affects the health of the gums, leads to tooth staining and loss, and may lead to oral cancer
– Make sure to eat balanced, low-sugar foods rich in fruits and vegetables instead of unhealthy sugars.
