Our favorite: the 404 restaurant in Paris and its crazy couscous!

Want a one-way ticket to Marrakesh? Head to rue des Gravilliers, in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris. In the heart of the Marais, we enter a private hotel that looks like a casbah. In a setting straight out of the Arabian Nights, the immersion is total. A subdued atmosphere, oriental carpets, beautiful Moroccan wrought iron lanterns, warm colors… The atmosphere transports us elsewhere. Here, we taste traditional Moroccan cuisine. A la carte? Sunny salads, pastillas, Kefta skewers or a homemade herb barbecue.

The 404 also offers a nice range of tagines and couscous. Chicken tagine with pears, lamb mouse/apricot tagine, Berber lamb tagine, Berber couscous, with 7 vegetables, merguez, barbecue… The choice is difficult. And the flavors are definitely there on the plate. To end our oriental journey in style, we enjoy an orange salad with cinnamon and orange blossom, a Berber pancake with honey, a date pastilla or gazelle horns… all washed down with mint tea fragrant. Falling for something !

The most festive: the Parisian restaurant “Chez Gala” where you can eat tagines to die for

He is one of the most beautiful festive restaurants in Paris : At Gala! At Paris Secret, we had the chance to open the doors of this captivating establishment, with its thousand and one nights atmosphere. Nestled in its velvets, served like Kings, Chez Gala took us on a journey from starter to dessert. Chicken pastilla, hummus, confit lamb shoulder… The scents of the Orient delight the senses. We really fell in love with the vegetable tagine glazed in their spiced juice. In the very chic 8th arrondissement of Paris: pleasure for the eyes and sunshine on the plate are on the Menu.
