Top Employers: the complete list of companies certified in 2023

The Top Employers Institute is an international authority that certifies the excellence of organizations’ HR practices. It recognizes employers who create optimal conditions for the development of their employees, both professionally and personally. It should be noted that the list of certified organizations does not constitute a ranking.

Finally, the cost of the process is €21,500 for companies that will participate, at their request, in the next edition.

4 steps of the Top Employers Institute certification process:

Investigation

The assessed organization responds to the “HR Best Practices Survey”, which enables a complete analysis of its HR environment. The questionnaire covers nearly 350 practices in terms of HR strategy, leadership, digital HR and organizational design, employee journey (from recruitment to compensation, including development, performance management and commitment) and culture of business.

Validation

The Top Employers Institute undertakes a process of auditing and verifying the reality of HR offers to ensure that they accurately reflect the working conditions of the organization. It ensures that the validation of the answers to the questionnaire is objective and that it demonstrates integrity.

To be certified, the organization must obtain the minimum score required by the international standard of the Top Employers Institute, i.e. 60% positive points on all the questions asked.

Certification

The certified organization then joins more than 2000 companies around the world. If it is certified in several countries, its subsidiaries can benefit from this same certification at regional or even global level. Additional recognition is given to employers who focus on improving working conditions, in their organization and around the world.

Results analysis

Participating organizations have access to a dashboard of their results. They find an in-depth analysis of their HR practices. They can compare their performance to that of other employers and benefit from audit reports to identify areas for improvement. Thus, they can develop action plans to reinforce the points to be improved.
